A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve your date & time. If no deposit is made, your rental is not blocked off, nor confirmed. The 30% deposit is deducted from your total rental balance, and the remaining balance will be due the week of your event date. Failure to do so may cause your rental to be denied.
Cancelation Requirements: If cancelation is made, Parks & Rec. is subjected to keep the 30% non- refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance paid can be refunded to the customer if cancelation is done no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. Cancelation must be done during office hours to be valid.

What Is Included: Indoor pavilion includes a kitchen with a sink, ice machine, stove/oven, & refrigerator/freezer, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. We provide approximately 81 chairs, (11) 60-inch round tables, and (10) rectangular tables, with (6) being 8 feet long and the remaining (4) being 6 feet long.
